Insighta is your personal growth companion — combining deep personality insights with an AI-powered therapist to guide your journey.
You start by taking science-based personality tests. Then, using your results, Insighta helps you explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns through meaningful conversations with your AI therapist.
It's a smarter, more personalized way to understand yourself, build emotional resilience, and grow — one conversation at a time.
Getting started with Insighta is easy:
1. Go to start page
2. Take the short personality test — it only takes a few minutes
3. Enter your email to create your account
4. Choose your plan and complete the checkout
5. Set your password — and you're in!
That's it. From there, your personalized journey begins with insights based on your results and conversations with your AI therapist.
To access your results and plan, please go to login page and log in using the email you used to create your account.
If you're having trouble logging in, click "Forgot password" on the login page to reset your password.

To update your password, follow these steps:
1. Log in on the login page
2. Go to the My Profile tab
3. Enter your new password in the password field and save changes

If you'd like to update the email linked to your account, just reach out to us at support@tryinsighta.com and we'll help you make the change.
Make sure to contact us from your current account email so we can verify your request.
You can manage your subscription anytime by logging in at login page.
Once logged in, follow these steps:
1. Go to the My Profile tab
2. Locate your Active subscription
3. Click the three dots (•••) next to "Active" and follow the prompts to cancel your plan
If your subscription was set up through PayPal, please cancel it directly from your PayPal account:
1. Log in to your PayPal account
2. Click the Settings icon (gear) in the top right corner
3. Go to the Payments tab → Manage Automatic Payments
4. Find "Insighta" in the list of active subscriptions
5. Click on it and select Cancel
If you have any trouble canceling your subscription, feel free to reach out to support@tryinsighta.com — we're happy to help!
Make sure to contact us using the email address associated with your subscription. Otherwise, we may request additional information to verify your account.
You may be eligible for a refund if you contacted us within 14 days after the charge was made.
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
1. Send us an email at support@tryinsighta.com
2. Make sure to use the same email address that is associated with your subscription
3. In your email, please include the subject line: "Refund Request" and mention the date of the charge
Once we receive your request, our support team will review it and get back to you as soon as possible.
Please note:
• Refunds are not guaranteed and are granted only if the above conditions are met.
• Refunds can only be sent to the original payment method.
If you'd like to delete your account, just send us a message at support@tryinsighta.com — we'll take care of it for you.
